I can't believe it but the past few weeks have finally paid off. I was stuck for at least a month at the same weight and it actually fell off this morning. Now I am down a total of 20lbs and 7" lost. I didn't have lots ot lose but I still have 5 more to go. Man, these are the hardest ones too. I just love this program so much I wanted to tell everyone!
