Monday:
- leftover potato salad (okay, not the best way to start anew
) - oatmeal
- pbj sandwich
- sunflower seeds
- 2 turkey burgers w/Swiss cheese and onion on light wheat buns
- corn on the cob (1 small frozen ear)
Tuesday:
- whole wheat pita w/light cream cheese and strawberries
- oatmeal
- SmartOnes frozen meal
- PBJ sandwich
- I'm thinking homemade salad bar for dinner (lettuce, spinach, chicken, cheese, egg, croutons, bacon bits, onion, cucumber, ff dressing)...then I'll have leftovers for the rest of the week, too



It is actually pretty healthy pizza as far as pizza goes.

However, to try to curb this, I bought a few whole-wheat Boboli pizza crusts so I can make pizza with my own reduced-fat cheese and lower-sodium sauce and turkey pepperoni. Still very yummy, but I'm sure about 10 times healthier (even though I think the Boboli crust has HFCS in it, but considering the alternative, I think I'll survive
