What I ate today ... Mon 6/12 - Sun 6/18

    Breakfast:
    2 coffee/blk
    1 lo-carb protein bar

    Snack:
    20 mini tostito chips w/sour cream
    24 oz water

    Lunch:
    1 cup wisconsin cheese soup

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    4 oz steak
    1 cup asparagus w/cheese sauce
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
  • Tuesday - June 13


    Breakfast:
    1 lo-carb protein bar
    2 coffees/black
    24 oz water

    Lunch:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar

    Dinner:
    1 antiposto salad (small)
    1 slice Italian bread w/butter
    2 coffees/black

    Snack:
    1 small piece chocolate cake (OOPS)!!!!!
    1 large cup green tea

    didn't get my water quota in today!
  • Okay, I'm going to try and remember everything I ate, which I'm hoping I won't remember all of it. lol.

    Breakfast-nothing (i don't get up in time to eat, and am out of slim fast drinks-forgot to get it at the store)

    Snack at break- candy bar

    Lunch-cottage cheese, yogart, mandrin oranges

    Supper-corn on the cob, hamburger (no bun), salad.

    Of course, I've had two 20 oz. pops. and no water while at work. Not much better here at home. That is what I need to work on badly- increase my water, and decrease my pop. I really don't want to give it up totally, and hate diet, so I hope to decrease it to one 20 oz. in the mornings at work, then water or Crystal Light the rest of the day.

    Lunch:

    Chicken Confetti Weight Watchers meal at Applebees

    Dinner:

    Cup of Chicken Gumbo
    Cup of watermelon

    Enough Diet coke through the day to drown an elephant!!!

    Breakfast:
    2 coffee/black
    1 SB breakfast wrap
    24 oz water

    nothing
    20 oz. Coke

    Snack:
    bacon n' cheddar crackers

    Lunch:
    steak and cheese burrito
    chocolate milk
    2nd 20 oz. coke for the rest of work

    Snack after getting home from work:
    cottage cheese

    Snack at church:
    a few cookies
    some potato chips
    a small piece of some kind of banana cake.
    Coke (dont' see a pattern here concerning what I drink, do you? lol)

    Supper:
    Lasagna (2 servings )

    Agian, no water, too much pop. Also, going to church without supper, I ended up snacking on things not so good for me (it was fellowship night-and we bring in snacks and drinks to shair on those nights).

    20 mini corn chips w/sour cream as dip
    24 oz water

    Dinner:
    hamburger w/cheese,lettuce,tomato with bun!
    water - 20 oz w/lemon
    onion rings

    Snack:
    '24 oz water
