Here is our 2nd week family update.
Me= 4 more lbs total 16lbs,
Stepdad=2 more lbs total 8lbs,
Mom=0 lbs total 3 lbs,

Mom is depressed she was doing so well this week with 0 loss. Please help with some encouraging words.
