I've lost another 4 pounds since I first posted those pictures, I'll be taking some more when I hit or get closer to the 170's.

I also have a bunch of progress pictures (body shots) from along the way that I will eventually scan and post one day soon.
  • Ummm

What makes you think that 75 lbs ISN'T a significant weight loss?

I'd kill to be there (well, not really, but I would really, really, really, really like it.)

Urg - I didn't really mean for it to sound that way

I'm just a big frustrated in trying to meet my next mini-goal of 179 lbs, so it comes out as minimalizing the progress/work that I have already done.

I am in no way trying to lessen anyone else's successes - and I really should not do that to myself either.

I also hate all pictures of me, so even my skinnier picture seems fat (thus minimizing weight lost so far).

    Sorry about that
