Meal Plan Sunday, June 11, 2006

    I wrote a meal plan yesterday here to try and help me stick to this thing and it worked. I'm going to try this again today. I didn't eat enough points today because I got up late but I'm going to do it anyway.

    Breakfast/Lunch:
    1 cup puffed wheat 1 pt
    1/2 cup 1% milk 1 pt
    kiwi fruit 1 pt
    1 cup tea with twin
    and milk 0 pts
    pudding 2 pts

    Dinner:
    Asparagus 0 pts
    3 oz chicken thigh
    (no skin) 3 pts
    6 ozs potato 3 pts
    1 tsp marg 1 pt
    1 cup watermelon 1 pt
    1 cup coffee (sugar
    and milk) 1 pt
    ---------------
    14 pts


    I know I didn't eat all my points but I'm full. I also drank 6 glasses of water and exercised for 20 minutes so far on my elliptical. If I feel hungry later I'll have a little something. Maybe fruit.
