The whole idea is to eat less than you use. If you feel good and are able to do all the things you need to do and exercise .... you don't need to eat to make up for anything.
And as for high days and low days .... it's the averages that work for you. As long as 'over time' you use more calories than you take in, you'll lose. Lots of gals zigzag their intake 1700 one day, 1500 the next ... and certainly almost all of us use more calories somedays than others.
I agree..it is not really what you do in one day it is what you do over 7 days.. that makes or breaks a loss..or how much if any.. you need to see if you need to use it.. if you still feel hungry and need it use it.. I try not to count my exercise ..unless I feel i really need it.. I do a 25 min video.. well hope it works for you..Kim
