    L - 3 veggie tacos (3 whole wheat tortillas, 2 crumbled veggie burgers, salsa, a little low fat cheese, spinach leaves)

    S - 11 oz watermelon

    S - cut up veggies - grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, yellow pepper strips, baby carrots

    D - home made pasta sauce (morning star farm veggie crumbles, red wine, tomatoes, tomato paste, sun dried tomatoes, fresh basil, onion, mushroom), 2 oz of Trader Joe's organic sprouted wheat pasta, 1 cup spinach leaves
  • B-2 ww/flax waffles,1/2 c blueberries,1Tb syrup
    L-garlic beef w/ broccoli(homemade)
    S-air popped popcorn, pria bar, strawberries w/ff cool whip
    D-taco salad (greens, 2oz meat, 1oz cheese, 2Tb red.fat sour cream, salsa)
