WW Flex meal plan Sat, June 10

  • I decided to write my meals for today to try and stay OP.

    Breakfast:
    1/2 cup egg substitute(cheese and chives) - 1 pt
    1 slice wonder plus bread - 1.5 pts
    1 tsp marg - 1 pt
    1 tsp jam - 0.5 pt
    coffee ./c sugar and milk - 1 pt
    (can't have coffee without sugar yet)

    Lunch:
    Fruit (banana, kiwi) - 3 pts
    yogurt - 1 pt
    (had breakfat late so I don't want too much)

    Supper or Dinner (depends what you call it):
    beef kabobs with peppers and mushrooms - ??
    Salad - ???

    Dessert:
    100 calorie cookie pack - 2 pts


    I will come back and put in the points for the last two things. I'm not quite sure how much at this time but I won't go over my points that much I know. I am already drinking my first bottle of water so that's counts as two for my water and I'm going to get on my elliptical for 30 minutes now in a bit.
