This will be a mini-mini-mini goal. Starting Monday, June 12. My goal is to complete 5 pushups a day along with my regular exercise routine. I want to gradually buildup but, I want my form to be correct..Now if I can do more than 5 great! If I can do only 5 great! If anyone else would like to join, you are WELCOME! Set your goal and go for it...and if you don't reach your goal one week you try again the next...
