Me: 193.5, down 1 pound from last week. I've been all over the map this week, going as high as 196, and a low as 193. But, that sort of thing is normal for me at this part of my cycle, so I'm not too concerned. I have stuck to my good way of eating, and have done alot of exercising. Hubby bought me a bicycle, so now instead of just walking at night I can mix things up with that also. I am definitely exercising more with the warmer weather, and I have a feeling this is going to do good things for me.


maybe because I haven't been able to exercise for a week due to bad shin splints. Hopefully I can begin losing again once I can start exercising next week.
AND, it's TOM (starting today), so I might even be retaining some water (I ALWAYS do, so I'm sure that's the case)....excited to see what my weight will be NEXT Friday!
