I looooooove love love salmon. In fact I'm crazy about fish and seafood in general.
Name some yummy ways you fix your salmon, I could use some new ideas. And thanks for all the ideas on the strawberries!


Considering that most of you don't have that option, grilling after using your marinade of choice is #1 in my book. I have a lot of home-canned salmon that I tend to use just like canned tuna. My DH loves it mixed with celery, onion, and mayo as a sandwich filling. I use it in casseroles, and make salmon cakes. A salmon quiche is really good too. And wild salmon is far superior to farmed stuff.

I think I am going to have to try that glaze and the one with the red pepper flakes for sure!
