Oooh, interesting idea! I don't know of any, but there are plenty of healthy options out there today, and that doesn't sound like a bad idea. Especially because with fast food, no matter which resturaunt you go to in the country the food is really consistant in nutritional information. You could invent one if you wanted too. Just do some research to seperate the bad from the good and it shouldn't be too hard. Definatly include those 150 calorie reduced-fat soft-served ice cream cones from McDonald's. I eat those daily.

She gives some good ideas for when your out and about or have the fast food craving. The lady who did the article did say of course that its not a good idea to eat it 24/7.
