Hi everyone, I am new here and still getting acquainted with the site. I would appreciate any advice that can be given about tummy exercises. I've lost about 20lbs with about 60 more to go, I'm currently doing WATP 2-miles aobut 3 times a week. My problem is that I seem to have a lot of extra tummy fat. I had 2 babies in 2 years and I'm not sure if that contributed but it's really bugging me.
So what does everyone do to trim their tummies? Thanks so much and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!


lots of cardio and some weight training to build muscle, lots of muscles speeds up your metabolism...
