Sunny Sunday menu, June 4, 2006

  • Breakfast: WW Vanilla Puffed Wheat cereal, skim milk
    Lunch: LO pinto beans and cornmeal fish
    Dinner: turkey burger (didn't have last night) with no bun, tomato slices, corn, milk

    Snack if needed: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Water: Aiming for 80 oz.

    Morning weight: 145.4
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and a banana

    Lunch: At the Shower

    Dinner: Roasted chicken in my Ron Popeil Showtime Rotisserie, Core Mashed Potatoes, corn

    Snack: Maybe Orange dreamsicle if I make it. It's not looking good though.
