Startover Saturday Menu, June 3, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and fresh blueberries (gotta shake things up and eat something different)

    Lunch: Sirloin burger, with a slice of FF Borden's sharp cheddar cheese, raw onion, ketchup, and a pickle.

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit cup peaches, drained

    Dinner at the Party: I DON'T KNOW!!!!! I hope veggies and some type of chicken. We'll see.
  • My plan went haywire immediately, so this is the edited version.

    Breakfast: small piece of LO fish

    Lunch: Mexican food: one enchilada, about 1/4 cup rice and beans, tostado with cheese, guacamole, small margarita

    Dinner: turkey burger minus the bun, sliced tomatoes, guacamole, LO pinto beans

    Water: 16 / 16 / 8 / 24 (as of 5:15 p.m.)

    l: bagel w/salami & cheese, cookie (not Core )
    d: ?? probably LO ww angel hair pasta, milk

  • Very rainy here in NY, all I did was eat all day,hope it wasn't too much. It was all core as I am saving my points for the wedding shower tomorrow.

    B. cream of wheat w/skim milk & banana
    S. Mango & popcorn
    L. Core chili
    S. polenta pudding w/ raspberries
    D. London Broil couscous mixed vegetables
    Desert ? as if I need it
