Hello,
Quick question for all you TJ experts. I am filling out the card so I can take my before measurements, and then measurements again after 10 workouts.
My question is, do you actually consider Learn and Burn part of those ten workouts? If I truly counted ten workouts according to the schedule they provide, they would primarily consist of Learn and Burn and the 20 minute workout, and I can't imagine having THAT dramatic results after just those workouts.
What did you consider your ten workouts?
