It's after 3pm and all I've had to eat is 1/4 of a honeydew melon and I had to force that down... I'm just not hungry! It's been a while since this happened LOL... what's the thing to do? I'm afraid of putting my body is "starvation mode" and having it hang on to fat because I'm not eating... but the other half of me thinks I should just listen to my body and not eat if I'm not hungry. HMMM what do I do?


. Spot on with the exercising LOL I went for a run and came back STARVING. I ate some kashi cereal and a big bowl of vegi soup... yay
