  • Monday: 60 minutes of water jogging/aerobics
  • Monet, I would LOVE to have a pool nearby so I could swim and do water aerobics!

    Monday: RA is bad today, knee very inflamed. I only got 5 minutes on the elliptical and did light arm weights for 10 minutes.

    for me, on a Monday (medicine day) this is VERY good!

  • Monday: Mowed the lawn
  • Tuesday: weightlifting 20 minutes
    bicycling 30 minutes in the hills
  • Tuesday: 30 minutes water jogging
  • Wednesday, walked around the lake, 30 minutes
  • Wednesday: 30 minutes water jogging

    30 minutes walking (1.5 miles)
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: All-day gardening both days. My legs are KILLING me
  • Thursday: 50 minutes walking (2+ miles)
  • Monday- 2 Mile Deluxe Walk(video)
    Tuesday- 2 Mile Watp
    Wednesday- 3 Mile Watp
    Thursday- 3 Mile Watp
  • Friday: 30 minute walk
  • Sunday: Walked the dog for one full hour...
  • Saturday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday, gardening, 30 minutes
