well I have gone 30 days Binge Free, down 9 lbs... but I am NOT treating myself with food. Here is the haircut I got recently as a "reward" to myself. I like it!!!

Ok, I was nearly 30 (I guess it was 29...31...no idea) days binge free yesterday. Lost 8 pounds. And I rewarded myself with a new haircut.

Unfortunately I have no pics....Now I look a bit like Hungry2live in the first pic (ok: my hair is a bit shorter and I weigh more ).
I used to look like a brown haired shep whose hair dryer just exploded. Can you say "Hermione from Harry Potter"?

Hungry2live: You look great! Congrats on your loss and your binge free days! Whst do you think: does losing so much hair counts as weight loss?
We learned that much in here! We are so good! Not rewarding ourselfes with food!
I even stayed away from buying my usual "Hey, I lost a few pounds, so I am going to buy a T- Shirt two sizes too small! Someday I will be able to wear that!"- politics.

I love your cut! I am finding that I've switched from food rewards to transformation rewards too. I am going to get my first pedicure when I hit my next mini goal. I can't stand to have my ugly feet looked at, much less touched, but I deserve a pretty pedicure! Again, you look amazing!

Kate - Hermione! LOL I can imagine. Although her hair is cute on her! But yeah I am pretty sure all that hair being chopped off can count as some weight loss..hahaha. I DO feel lighter!

Besides the hair I have one similarity with Hermione: I own (I am owned...) a red cat as well. My little kitten was left alone by her mother very early in life, so she thinks now I am her mother (glasses for cats, anyone?). And she loves sleeping in my hair....

I counted (yeah, I really have more binge free day then fingers, made calculating difficult): I am on my 30 day binge free today! Yuchu!

I have a problem with being photographed.....but maybe....

Nice to see that there is someone else with that buying small clothes - problem as well....I have A LOT of not- fitting clothes. Realisticly, I donīt have to buy new clothes until I reach my goal weight. I already own clothes in all sizes- ok, not so many clothes in the size I am NOW, but each size smaller....
