trying to get back into the swing of things

  • i went for a walk 4 times this week(mon, tues, wens- walked over a mile each day, thursday was less)(that is about an 60 minutes or maybe 90 i dont exactly have a stop watch)
    hubby and i talked about taking a nightly walk as well so i would be more or less walking 2 to 3 miles a day, i'm gonna see if he's willing to do this starting monday
    i've been destressing myself as well, less stress means i wont be snacking on stuff cause i'm having a bad day. i did alot of knitting over the past 3 weeks and i'm much calmer til i start thinking of my daughter's bday party lol

  • I'm happy for you! I too have recently began to get back into the swing of things. I went on two 4 mile walks this week... planning another one for today. It makes my dog really happy, so in return it makes me happy! I also am going to be getting back to the gym in the comming weeks. I had surgery about a month ago and am not really suppose to lift anything over 25 lbs. so that has kind of put a damper on the gym work outs.
