Today is my last day of stabilization. I start Maint tomorrow. I am staying the same weight (within a lb) since I started stabilization.

To be honest I have not been eating right lately. One because I am wanting other things and 2, this past week I have been soooo hungry. I am just amazed that I haven't gained weight.

My question is, I am thinking about doing a 2 day take off, would that be a problem and screw things up you think? I want to do it not to really lose weight, but I just feel so bloated and fat right now. I know, sounds crazy, but I "feel" like I have put on 5 lbs. When I got doen to 133/134, my stomach felt so much flatter. Lately I feel like I am pregnant.

So I just want to kinda cleanse myself and have a few light days..you think it is ok?

NO, I wouldnt do it. Dont mess with success! I never got to maintennance. I hit 133 and started gaining on the Gold plan for the last three months and am STILL on weight loss phase and not losing, but gaining...I am eating correctly and work out like a lunatic, but am on LA Weight Gain, so there it is. DONT do TO, though....

I have extended my stay until June 30th.

It's my Bday today - and I lashed out with a 1/3 c of hamburger helper...Woohoo!!

Oh Deets I am sorry to hear that! I feel that I have been lucky, maybe if I just stay POP and really watch my sodium I will feel better!

Sznn--great job on the no cake! Any wine?? I'll be able to stay OP but my sodium will go through the roof when I order my favorite turkey reuben at Jason's Deli--oh well--lemon water and more lemon water. The girls get out at noon (last day) and I think I will take them to get their nails painted--always a fun time!

What exactly does LAWL do at maintenance? Do they teach you how to eat a BIG MAC and still not gain? OR are BIG MACs gone forever?
