I had my 20-week ultrasound today, and everything looked great! I was so relieved to see the little one moving around (not a ton - good thing I drank some orange juice a half hour before or he probably would have been asleep!) That's right, the tech said it's definitely a boy! So crazy! I've had it in my head that we were having a girl for some reason; I was very surprised. Here is a fun picture (though not as neat as some of your cool 3D ones, still very cute to me!)
