I decided to post a couple pics.. I have a hard time seeing change although I know there is some since I have went from a 22 to a 16 jean. The first pic is from Oct. 2005, right before having my lasiks surgery, I was around 248 at that time.. the last one is from today, I am at 205.. Excited to hit the one hundreds, has been a few few years since that..

Thanks for the replys.. I know a full body shot would tell alot more.. I have an older one, i just havent been able to scan it to my computer.. I am one that hides from the camera.. Thanks again..
