I finally found the Stuffed Bell Pepper recipe

I ALWAYS serve mine with salad. If I do a veggie I do corn. I know it is a starch, but it really tastes good with the stuffed peppers.

I was thinking rice but then they are stuffed with RICE hmmmmmm hmmmm
Okay I guess a salad ..... Just seems like the plate will appear empty Because I normally serve the salad in a bowl.
Maybe I'll just beef up the salad a little ............

Make a dish with beans, then you will have a perfect protien.
Something easy, like black beans with some fresh cilantro, or black beans and corn with fresh cilantro and lime.

I serve mine plain...with nothing else, just the peppers. Now for guest or something yeah..salad, a good crusty bread is definately called for...
