Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 T canola oil
2/3 c. water.
Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients stirring with a fork.
Gather dough into a soft mass, turn onto floured surface and knead a few times. Form 8 balls of dough. Flatten balls of dough into a disk, roll out onto floured surface until approximately 7 inches. Cook in frying pan, either ungreased non-stick pan, or add a little olive oil.
