Great to see you here, Angela! I always know that your posting your menu means that you are buckling down. I just thought about smothered barley chicken the other day. I haven't made it in eons.
Breakfast: Shredd wheat and bran, equal, skim and banana
Lunch: Dr. Praeger's california burger and FF cottage cheese and peaches.
Snack: Fresh pineapple
Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with brown rice cooked in broth
b: fruit bar (3 pts)
l: black bean soup (4 pts) with cheese (2 pts) and salad (1 pt)
s: hummus and cheese crackers (3 pts); sf jello (?? never thought about the points since it's core )
d: southwestern chicken sandwich and oven fries; slim a bear (2)
s: grapes
and about 2 liters of water!!!!
