Hello all~

I'm back after 2 years. Sadly I let myslef slip over the past 2 years , and the start of nursing school was the final nail in the coffin. I have unfortunately gained back the 20 lbs I originally lost , but I am back on the Beach to lose it all over again! I loved all the support that was on this site before, and I know it will help me lose the 20 lbs as easily as I did before!

We're glad to have you with us again...you probably remember your way around, but you might want to check the FAQ to see what's changed. The food lists, in particular, are different, and there are a ton of new recipes in the recipe forum.

Smarty-Pants, back. Yes, it's exactly two years since you reached your goal. Maintenance is as hard as losing - not that I've had a chance to check that out.
