    Hi Everyone!

    When I started Atkins, I weighed 245 lbs & I was wearing a Size 3X Today, I am 157 lbs (12 lbs from goal ) & I'm wearing size 10's & 12's...even a few 8's!!!!

    I am proof Atkins works!!!!

    Wow you look wonderful!

    I've done Atkins before and lost 45 pounds in two months, sadly I couldn't stick with it and regained it almost as quick. I agree its a great program for those that can live with it. I have a friend that lost over 100 pounds on Atkins a few years ago and still looks great. Now its back to the tried and true calorie counting for me.

    I lost most of the weight in about a year & a half. I'm still trying to lose another 15-20 lbs. Its slow going but, I'm not giving up!
