
I started SB again yesterday. I'm struggling with it. I am concerned about making sure to follow Phase 1 yet I'm also adding extra phase 1 foods than what the book outlines in the meal plans - extra snack and extra things with meals, too. Should I also be eating some phase 2 foods? I think maybe I should... I feel very hungry despite eating loads of phase 1 foods. I'm just concerned that I won't overcome my sugar cravings if I continue to eat carbs, even healthy ones, during these first 2 weeks.
Any personal experiences would be appreciated.
