    I just can't tell a difference yet, and I am starting to get discouraged! Can you tell a difference yet? The first 2 photos are at at 289, and the second two are from today, at 254.

    Hi Cassie--

    I can see a difference so keep up the good work! If you're wondering, I can mostly see a difference in your belly--just under your breasts. Don't get discouraged because the change is there--you just can't see it because you see yourself every day. Good luck!

    I looked again after I posted and I can also see that your shoulders look smaller and so is you neck.

    Yes, I sure can, your face is much thinner and same with your chest and middle area.

    I got upset about people not noticing 20 lbs but those I see everyday could not notice until they saw a picture of me 6 months ago and what I look like now. they were amazed that I lost the weight and they did not know.

    But Yea, I can sure tell. Great job, keep up the great work.

    I can definitely see a big difference in the face and neck area. Also you’re less round in the midsection under the bust. Great job, keep it up!

    Thats where I saw it RIGHT away! And then when I read everyone else's comments I looked again and I can see it everywhere. haha
