I have always been very active, but since the kiddies (2yrs and 1yr), I never realized that all I do is sit around exhausted all day.The pedometer has set me straight. When I first put it on, I thought, 10,000 steps so problem. I reality was shocking.
Day 1 -- I struggle for 5081 steps
Day 2 --2638, but I did nap because I wasn't feeling well and forgot to put it back on afer my nap.
Day 3 -- 4139
Day 4 -- 6501
Day 5 -- 2685, but forgot to wear it most of the day
Day 6 --7773 Steps, yestedat and 3409 were aerobic steps
I haven't hit 10,000 yet, but my eyes are open and that is my goal.





m and it is now 10: and I have 2612 steps.I don't think that is all that bad. it is a good start, I go to the gym in the mornings and just play with the kids at night, so I think I did good! happy stepping ladies!
