Does anyone know of a site that gives the basic calorie amount for several Chinese dishes? The more the better.

The one I'm looking for in particular is steamed chicken and vegetables, but I'd love to find a site that gives approx. calorie amounts for typical Chinese food.

GOOD QUESTION! I've wondered that forever. I always try to order the healthiest thing on the menu ... steamed veggies and tofu or shrimp or chicken or something.

It contains zillions of recipes with the nutritional info. I did a search for chinese foods and there were over 500 listed
