My name is Carmen, I'll be 23 in a few months. I'm looking to lose about 35 lbs and 2 sizes, although inches matter more to me than lbs. I've been working out steadily for a while, however haven't seen major results. I know I need to get my diet under control, that's when everything worked the best. It's also the hardest thing for me to do. I started working out with fitness videos once I realized how much the gym bored me. My main concern is that I had a breast reduction last November, so I'm trying to lose weight w/o losing my breasts. I'm impressed with what I've seen here so far, so hopefully y'all will be able to kick me into staying on track, lol.
