Info Please

  • Hi

I have never heard of this diet and cant seem to find "The Book" (Im in Oz)
Could someone please give me a little info in the plan.

    Thanks
  • Welcome!! Basically this plan is a based on a 3 Hr time line, you are allowed to make proper choices based on a certain amount of carbs, proteins, fruit/veggies and fat. You basically divide your plate into portions based on the cruise down plate. You would have to check out the book to be able to actually see the mental image. But you allowed to select food with no deprevation. You are kept on a time line to eat every 3 hours to keep that metabolism going.

You are allowed to eat a 400 calorie meal then 3 hours later eat a snack, the snacks are based on 100 to 400 calorie snacks based on how much you weigh, then after that snack you would eat a 400 calorie meal, then snack again then your last meal 3 hours later. You are also given a 50 calorie treat that you can use once a day, this can be what ever you like it to be. But basically each meal is made up of 400 calories, broken down for so much protein, carbs, veggies/fruit and fat each snack is based on your weight.

I hope this helps atleast alittle. I know if you are interested you can find the book on Amazon or Barnes and Noble and have it sent to you.

Again, welcome aboard and hope this plan is the plan that fits your lifestyle!

  • Anytime! Thats what we are here for!
  • Does it matter what the snack is as long as it follows the calorie allowance and acceptable foods?
  • As long as the calorie allowance is followed it doesn't matter but please be careful because say you are allowed 200 calories and you eat 200 calories of potato chips, the chips will not hold you as long as a 200 calorie protein snack would, so make wise decisions and pay attention to your body. If you are hunger before your next meal, chances are you didnt' make a good snack choice.
  • You are very helpful. Thanks for being there for questions!
