Hi my sweeties, I've missed you all and this forum SO MUCH!!!! I know that there's no way I could do this weight loss journey without you all! I'm halfway settled into the new house and am so excited about all the room!

The road I've decided to start walking is 4 miles instead of the 3 that I was walking...it also has lots of hills so I'm thrilled about that!!

I see that there are lots of newbies and tons of new threads that I missed out on so I'm gonna read through some of them
