Marinated Veggies

  • This is my favorite way to get my veggies in!

    8 cups fresh veggies-whatever you like
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup water
    1 pkt Ranch Salad dressing & seasoning mis

    Whisk together everything but the veggies. Toss dressing in with veggies. Refrigerate for about 4 hours, tossing occasionally. Enjoy!!
    Veggies keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

    I usually use red and yellow peppers, zuchinni, cauliflower, broccoli, and sometimes a few carrots.
