This is written with some "tongue in cheek" but I really am interested in knowing as perhaps some of the other 400 who have viewed here are.


We get a lot of newbies that may have 5, 10, 20 pounds to lose, and they may have different needs in regards to support. Not always, and we do encourage everyone to spread themselves around here because everyone has something to offer
But we've also had several requests for a forum for those that would be geared towards losing just a few pounds, whether it's all you have to lose, or if you have lost a lot and are down to those last few pounds that are hardest to lose.
Not yet anyway... but someday. 
If you consider yourself a featherweight, then you belong.
We've seen instances where women come along needing to lose 10 pounds, and they don't always get quite the warm fuzzy welcome if fellow members are having a scale crisis.
We realized we had all kinds of groups, but nothing for the lighter crowd. Just one more service we offer. 
And I didn't fully 'get it' until I started lifting weights and reading at Ladies Who Lift. Now I get it!
