Hi all! I'm having the whole family over for Mother's Day, which is good because I am choosing the menu.
I want to make either some vegetable kebabs or grill some veggies, but I don't want to waste a fat on this day. If I marinate the veggies in FF italian dressing, will that work? Anyone have any other suggestions for flavoring?
What about the Wishbone Salad Spritzers? They are very low in fat, and I'll bet the balsamic or the red wine one would be really good.
You could just spray some nonstick spray in a ziplock bag, sprinkle in some spices and throw the veggie cubes in to toss. Then spray them again when you put them on the skewers. A little low-sodium soy sauce works well with the spray and spices, too.
