I did it. 30 minutes actually. I got the computer program Yourself!finess and it really kept me goiing. Some of the things are too hard for me to do (I found out I can not do a jumping jack anymore!) but I just filled in the blanks with movements I could do. I am so excited! I liked how the program had a sliding bar so as you did the exercise, you could see how much was left. Also it changes the difficulty as needed. I dig it.
