I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.

Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.
There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!!!

after the Steroids he seemed much better he's still quite 'moany', crying at the least thing and clingy but he's off playing down the garden so he must be better!
Now here's hoping the job gets sorted out, keep your chin up, I know how bad going for interviews/applying for jobs can be, and pretty disheartening when you don't get it or are mislead.
I am now feeling worn out of course
but it's been such a lovely day. It's supposed to be stormy tonight again, and then wet and horrid over the weekend, so I am glad we decided to go out and take full advantage of the sunshine today.
Forget about those 5 lbs you gained, you have lost so much already and you will lose more again now you are back on track. I follow the WW diet, using points rather than calories. It works the best for me. My only tip for you is to make sure you eat lots of veges etc, they fill you up but aren't that high in calories, and perhaps if you like snacks, make sure you get lots of low fat/cal ones in the house so you aren't tempted to eat the naughty food.
how are you doing today. I hope you are still feeling good, and looking in that mirror to remind yourself what a great person you are!
