I definitely can see the difference! 36 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment! Just think about lifting that amount of weight. Although I do understand where you are coming from. I have lost 25lbs and even when I look at my pictures from before and now I can hardly see a difference. Keep up the good work!

Well we are not to far off from each other. I started at 252
size 22w now I can wear 18s . I havelost about 36 inches I think. But thank you all This what I needed to get me on track well at least fired up a bit. oops I just read your starting wieht . Ihave bad eye site. so we aren't to far off lol I love reading you great sucess stories keep on walking
