la meal replacement shakes

    Hi,
    Does any one know anything to replace the drinks that are cheaper?
    The La meal replacements are 13.00 for 4. HELP

    Most of us have been getting the high protein slim fast shakes - I don't go to the center - but this is what we've been using for the challenge
