I've tried shaking up my routine, eating more calories, then dropping them back to normal, getting more exercise and it's just not budging.
I think I'm going to have to drop my calories back even further. I currently eat about 1300 a day, sometimes 1400, sometimes 1200. I'm gonna have to drop back even more, I'm afraid. I really hate to do that, but I've been the same weight (and even went back up 2 pounds) since early March. Maybe even before that, who knows.
*sigh*



I didn't lose the last 10 lbs until I increased from 1600 to 1800-1900. It did take around 9 months to lose the last 10 lbs, it was sloooow from 140 to 127.
