Hi,
It's been an incredibly frustrating week. I sprained my ankle really badly monday morning, and haven't been able to walk on it all week. Needless to say, I havent been eating OP (my husband has done the cooking) So, due to some wonderful water retention issues, I am up 10 lbs from sunday... I havent been into a center to weigh because I can not drive with the painkillers, just used my homescale.
So, my ankle is finally starting to feel normal again, and I was looking for a partner in crime to do takeoff with... I was wanting to use oranges or the juice (does the 48 hr diet juice work?) so if anyone could help me with details/ do take off with me tomorrow I would love it!!! I so want to get rid of the water weight.

It does worry me too, My mother was talking to me about that yesterday, and she told me that if that continue she is going to become vegetarian, since she is not a meat lover, but in my case I love meat, so if I were you girl, I will enjoy a nice steak too, with a nice salad, or grilled veggies!
You know we have to take advantage of those unlimited days too! 

.... a 'soy fog' , makes me gag just imagining it.
