Hi everyone.. I called 1 week ago 3 times to their 800 number off their web site and still no phone call back .. I am so disappointed!!! I even emailed them. what gives?? Do any of you have any other numbers I might get an actual person??? I live in Delaware and am near maryland too... Thank you ..Kim
