Anyone up for a Memorial Day Challenge?

  • I need a little competition to get myself working hard at this again. I welcome anyone to join me in meeting our goal by May 29th!
    My Goals:
    Do Cardio workout 3x's a week
    Do resistance training 3x's a week
    Lose 6 pounds
    Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water each day
    stay within my points
    offer motiviation to all who join me!

    My reward for accomplishing this goal???
    I am a licensed Nail Tech and own a salon, if I accomplish everything that I set for myself, I am going to treat myself to a pedicure at an area Spa. This is something that I have never done for me before!

    Remember that building some muscle will increase your metabolism and assist greatly in burning fat, even when you're not exercising!

    The question I will be asking myself through this is:
    Is what I am about to put into my mouth helping or hindering me in meeting my goal?
