I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.

Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.

though I'm sure you have been here before. It is a good idea to set goals, what's that saying? If you aim for the stars..fail...you hit the moon... or something like that, you get the picture.
at least you have your inhaler to help. Hope you get to catch some really big ones, do you eat them? It must be great catching & eating your own fish & its so good for you, low in fat & high in protein.
hubby grabbed the fatty bits around my waist and said there's definately less there, which put me off feeling frisky!
Do I need reminding of my wobbly bits? He still doesn't get that I'm mad at him when he talked with those people & let that woman hug him either, without even acknowledging or introducing me, men!!
Personally I like Monday as my weigh in day, daft really because I would be more tempted to be naughty on the weekend, so Friday might be a better day 

(I don't know how to say that without sounding like an ***, lol...but it's a compliment...hehe) GOOD LUCK getting to that goal!
