Thursday's Therapeutic Menu, May 4, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, skim, equal, banana

    Lunch: Maybe a huge chicken salad - details to be edited

    Dinner: White Bean chicken chili with corn cakes

    Snack: Maybe popcorn
  • Soo very tired, I stayed up till 2 again playing computer game.

    d: seafood alfredo (made with light alfredo sauce), peas, milk

    Lunch: japanese grill place: chicken teriyaki, veggies, rice, salad w/ginger dressing, diet coke

    Snack: 1 apple, 1 banana, water

    Dinner?? What I didn't have last night? (hip steak, veggies, potato?)

    l--burger, diet bread, cheese, lettuce/tomato/onion/pickles, 2 pts of baked cheetos
    s--2 pts ice cream sandwich
    d--turkey, dressing/cranberry sauce, peas, red skin potatoes, broccoli, 1 thin (very very thin) slice cantaloupe, slice onion, sf/ff pudding/cw/van wafers

  • I made a dish tonight of stirfry chicken, broccoli, sliced red peppers and mushrooms. Served it with brown rice. Judd said it was good.
