I've decided that tomorrow, May 3rd I am going to attempt to refrain from eating between meals.
I just have no control over what I am doing! I try to refrain from eating too much, but I just can't do it! So bare with me... I'm starting this post so that I can rant away my insanity tomorrow! (I know I'm going to need it!)

So far so good! (Of course I've only been awake for 20 minutes
)
But I did have just two snacks. (and they were 3 hours after meals!) So I'm counting that as luck
Don't beat yourself up... you know you've got it in you to do this.
